This provides a combined 600 mg of EPA + DHA per recommended daily serving. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, with the beneficial effect obtained with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
The formula additionally contains vitamin E as DL-alpha-tocopherol, providing 0.44 mg per capsule and 0.88 mg – 7.34% NRV from the complete 2-capsule daily serving.
The product uses a traditional gelatin softgel capsule containing glycerol and water. As the active ingredient is fish oil and the capsule contains gelatin, the product is not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
