Existing orders

When contacting us about an existing order, please include:

• Your order number.
• The email address used to place the order.
• A clear description of your enquiry.

For damaged, incorrect or potentially faulty products, we may ask for photographs of the product, packaging, batch number or other information reasonably required to investigate. If photographs are unavailable, please contact us so we can discuss other ways to assess the issue.
