The enemy is under-dosed multi “immunity” blends and cheap zinc oxides that look busy on a label and empty when training volume climbs. Lifters lose zinc in sweat; desk days still burn through recovery and immune demand. OstroVit runs zinc as zinc picolinate — the brand’s high-bioavailability form — so one tablet carries a real elemental load instead of a sprinkle buried under fillers and flavour dust.
Every 1-tablet serving delivers 15 mg zinc from zinc picolinate — 150% RI on the official nutrition table. That is the clinical card: not a micro-dose “support” claim. Authorised zinc angles OstroVit leads with include maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal fertility and reproduction, normal immune function, maintenance of normal hair, skin, nails and bones, normal vision, normal cognitive function, protein and DNA synthesis, carbohydrate and macronutrient metabolism, fatty acid and vitamin A metabolism, acid-base metabolism, protection of cells from oxidative stress, and a role in cell division.
About 150 servings in the bottle — up to five months of once-daily use on the brand pack math (net weight 29 g). Vegan product listing on the manufacturer site, lab-tested batches, zero caffeine, zero candy coating. Training blocks, cut phases, heavy sweat sessions, or anyone who wants a single-mineral zinc lane they can actually stick to for a full season.
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily after a meal. Keep the mineral in the log the same way you keep the lifts — measured, daily, no excuses.
