Shipping Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through jackedpaddy.ie with Jacked Paddy Nutrition Limited.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. Checkout shows whether delivery is available to the address you enter. Delivery availability may vary depending on destination, courier availability, product restrictions and other operational factors.
2. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery within Ireland costs €9.99, including VAT. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Please review the total order value and delivery charge before submitting an order.
3. Free Delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders where the value of the goods is €100 or more. The threshold is calculated on the VAT-inclusive price of the goods after applicable discounts, excluding delivery charges. An order of exactly €100 qualifies. When your order qualifies, checkout shows free delivery in place of the standard charge.
We may amend or withdraw free-delivery promotions for future orders. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
4. Order Processing
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation, stock availability, appropriate fraud and security checks, correct delivery information and acceptance of the order by us.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Our order acceptance process is set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order if payment fails, products are unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment, or delivery cannot be completed using the information supplied. Where an order cannot proceed, we will inform you and refund payments taken for the cancelled goods and any associated delivery charges due back to you.
5. Delivery Times
Any delivery timeframe shown on the website or in our emails is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may arise from courier disruption, adverse weather, road closures, industrial action, public holidays, exceptionally high order volumes or technical failures.
We will deliver by the agreed deadline or, if no deadline has been agreed, without undue delay and generally within 30 days. Your legal rights concerning delayed delivery and cancellation remain unaffected.
6. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check your house or unit number, street, Eircode, town or city, county and telephone number.
Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer results in additional delivery costs, we may request reasonable actual costs where permitted by law and explained to you.
7. Failed Delivery
If nobody is available, the address is incorrect, a parcel is not collected or delivery is refused, the courier may return it to us. Please contact us to arrange the next step.
Reasonable redelivery or return-to-sender costs may apply where caused by the customer, disclosed appropriately and permitted by law. This does not impose a penalty for exercising a statutory cancellation right or reporting faulty goods.
8. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will normally be provided electronically. Courier tracking information may sometimes be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Missing Parcels
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your parcel, please check safe locations around the address, household members and neighbours where appropriate, then contact us promptly.
We may investigate with the courier and request reasonable supporting information. A tracking entry alone does not remove your rights. Investigations will not be used to delay a remedy beyond applicable legal requirements.
10. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and affected product where possible. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. A lack of photographs does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights for damaged or faulty goods.
11. Risk in Goods
Where we arrange delivery, risk normally passes when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer. Nothing in this policy limits rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Cancellations and Returns
Your right to cancel an online order, and how delivery charges are refunded when you do, are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
