Vitamin C

Real Pharm Vitamin C is the high-strength powdered vitamin C tub from Real Pharm — pure L-ascorbic acid in a flavoured, sugar-free drink mix built for professional and recreational athletes who want serious daily C without another chalky tablet bottle. Official brand copy is blunt: 900 mg of pure vitamin C per 1 g scoop, easy to dissolve, no sugar, multiple refreshing flavours, made for active people who actually keep the habit.

The enemy is the micro-dose multi that whispers eighty milligrams of C and calls the immune box ticked, plus dry tabs you choke down mid-week and still under-hit hard training, travel stress and cold-season blocks. Real Pharm answers with a measured powder lane — one scoop, fifty millilitres of water, done. Retailer and import positioning both hammer the same number: about 200 servings of 900 mg ascorbic acid in the tub.

Every 1 g serving delivers 900 mg vitamin C — 1125% NRV on the import facts panel. That is the clinical card, not a “support” sprinkle. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and nervous system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, skin and blood vessels, and contributes to normal iron absorption — the authorised claim set Real Pharm leads with on this SKU.

The 200 g container holds about 200 daily servings when you run the label scoop once a day. Mix 1 g with 50 ml of water — measuring scoop included. Line flavours include Exotic and Strawberry-Raspberry (plus forest fruit / lemon-orange on the wider Real Pharm range). Training blocks, winter stacks, travel weeks when fruit intake drops — this is the vitamin C powder you can actually stick to.

Keep the serve honest the same way you keep the lifts honest — one scoop, every day, no fairy dust.
