The enemy is the “maybe it’s in my multi” guesswork and empty wellness bottles that never state a real boron number. OstroVit puts the dose on the face of the tub and keeps the formula minimal: inulin carrier, HPMC shell, boric acid for the active boron load. Brand copy frames boron as a naturally occurring trace mineral found in fruit, vegetables, nuts, legumes and sea salt — required only in small amounts, still worth tracking when the diet is light on those foods.
Every 1-capsule serving delivers 3 mg boron — the clinical card on the official nutrition table and the import facts panel. One serve equals one capsule. No caffeine, no flavour dust, no proprietary blend hiding the milligrams. Athletes, hard-training adults and anyone running a disciplined mineral stack get a mono-mineral lane they can actually log next to magnesium, zinc and D3.
About 120 servings in the 120-capsule bottle (net weight 43 g) — a full four-month run when you take the label serve once daily. Lab-tested batches on the brand site, vegan plant-based capsule shell, four months of once-a-day discipline in a bottle that fits the vitamins drawer.
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with water. Adults only. Keep the trace mineral in the log the same way you keep the big rocks — measured, daily, no excuses.
3 mg boron. 1 vegan capsule. 120 days. Simple.
