If you’re done with empty caffeine dust and undersized mono-stacks, Unreal is the other lane. Real Pharm markets it as a multi-active performance pre — pump enhancers, dual-source stimulants, and adaptogens working together — intentionally creatine-free so you can run your own creatine protocol beside it. The pitch is simple: better muscle pump, an extremely strong power kick, and locked-in drive from first set to last.
Every full scoop (12 g) leads with the pump and endurance core the brand leads on: 3000 mg AAKG and 500 mg Vinitrox® for nitric-oxide support and vascularity, 3000 mg beta-alanine to push high-intensity output when sets get ugly, plus 1250 mg citrulline and 150 mg beetroot extract in the same blood-flow lane. That’s the “enhanced pump & blood flow” story on the tub — not a sprinkle.
Drive is dual-source and honest: 300 mg caffeine plus 200 mg guarana extract (22% caffeine) — about 344 mg total caffeine per full scoop — layered with 500 mg L-tyrosine, 500 mg taurine and 500 mg inosine. The herbal performance matrix adds 200 mg cocoa extract (50% flavonoids), 200 mg bitter orange extract (98% hesperidin), 100 mg cayenne, 50 mg Rhodiola rosea, 50 mg Panax ginseng, 25 mg Schisandra and 5 mg black pepper extract (95% piperine), with glucuronolactone and inositol rounding the serve. Caffeine is only one piece of a fifteen-plus active stack — the matrix is the point.
Label use is one 12 g scoop once per day before training — about 30 servings in the 360 g tub. Map tolerance with a half scoop first; this is a hard-hitting stim formula for experienced adults, not a beginner sipper. Mix cold 20–30 minutes out, walk in locked in, and own the working sets.
Explosive energy. Serious pump. Make the last sets count.
Ideal For
- Experienced lifters who want a hard-hitting stim pre
- High-intensity strength and hypertrophy sessions
- Adults who already tolerate multi-source caffeine stacks
- Training blocks where pump, drive and focus all matter
How to Use
- Assess tolerance first: mix ½ scoop (~6 g) with cold water and use before training.
- Once tolerance is established, mix 1 full scoop (12 g) with 200–300 ml of cold water.
- Consume about 20–30 minutes before your workout.
- Do not exceed 1 full scoop (12 g) per day.
High-stim formula. Contains 300 mg caffeine plus 200 mg guarana extract (22% caffeine ≈ 44 mg) per 12 g full scoop — about 344 mg total caffeine per full scoop; half scoop delivers half. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine sources or stimulants. Avoid late-day use if sleep is affected. The scoop facilitates portioning but does not guarantee precise dosing — prefer a scale.
