Forget under-dosed “pump” stick packs that taste loud and train quiet. FA markets this as a premium liquid pre-workout serum: glycerol + citrulline malate + Himalayan salt in a ready-to-drink format designed for fast absorption and zero shaker drama. Cap callouts even push the NEW / IMPROVED line — same NAPALM attitude, serum delivery.
Every 32 ml measuring cup stacks a real cell-volume load the front panel brags about: 10,000 mg glycerol for hydration and that full-muscle look, plus 4,000 mg citrulline malate (2,680 mg L-citrulline) to support nitric oxide and the vascular side of the pump. Those are training numbers — not marketing dust sprinkled for the label photo.
400 mg Himalayan salt brings electrolyte support when high-volume work drains the tank, helping you hold hydration and muscle contractions through the ugly sets. Brand copy pairs the trio for blood flow, endurance, and the classic muscle-pump effect athletes chase on strength and high-intensity days.
Use is simple and label-true: shake well (sediment is natural), measure one cup, take it about 30 minutes before training — sip neat or dilute in ~200 ml water. Roughly 15 servings in the 480 ml bottle. Stim-free means you can stack it with your usual caffeine pre, run evening sessions without the jitters, or chase pumps on deload weeks when stimulants stay on the shelf.
Shake it. Measure it. Fill the muscle — stim-free.
