The enemy is under-dosed “calm” capsules and mystery proprietary blends that never show real milligrams. Import copy frames this tub as a comprehensive blend of adaptogenic herbs, superfoods and plant extracts in an easily soluble powder — built to improve resilience, reduce fatigue and restore balance when training weeks get noisy. One scoop replaces the scatter of half-used adaptogen jars.
Each about 6 g serving leads with 5000 mg cocoa fiber, then stacks 750 mg cinnamon bark, 750 mg turmeric rhizome, 662 mg elderberry extract and 500 mg pomegranate powder before the botanical core: 120 mg bacopa (60 mg bacosides), 100 mg ashwagandha (1.5 mg withanolide glycosides), 50 mg rhodiola (1.5 mg rosavins), plus spirulina, chlorella, Siberian ginseng, astragalus, green tea and grape seed at label doses. About 30 servings in the 180 g tub — a full month at one scoop a day.
Choose So Good! Adaptogen Mix when you want FA’s daily-habit line with a full import panel you can read, not a micro multi that hides the botanicals. Mix it, stay consistent, and keep stress-season recovery as simple as the rest of the So Good! shelf.
