The enemy is under-dosed carnitine tabs and “support” blends that hide a few hundred milligrams behind a flavour wall. Real Pharm runs a full 3000 mg L-carnitine hit in every 30 ml scoop — the clinical card on the import facts table, not a marketing whisper. Liquid format, scoop in the pack, shake and go.
Every serve is simple and honest: 3000 mg L-carnitine per 30 ml (one scoop). That is the whole active story — one amino acid carnitine load at a real athlete dose, sweetened with sucralose, coloured with curcumin, pineapple on the nose. Brand and import copy frame it for both pro and amateur athletes who train hard enough to care about dialling carnitine into the daily diet.
The 500 ml bottle holds about 16 servings when you run the label serve once a day. Measure included. Label path: shake, take 30 ml once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or before training. Cutting blocks, training weeks, morning meal timing — this is the liquid carnitine lane you can actually stick to without choking down a fist of softgels.
Store cool and dry, protect from light. Adults only. Keep it next to the pre or the meal prep — scoop, serve, train.
