The enemy is single-herb mystery blends and high-stim fat burners pretending to be diuretics. Hydro Out is the other lane — a pharmaceutical-style herbal matrix (nettle, dandelion, goldenrod, cranberry, green tea, horsetail) with guarana for a measured caffeine hit, not a 300 mg pre-workout spike. Brand angle on the card: support diuresis and water-electrolyte management, tighten the “sculpture” look, and stack polyphenols without turning your cutting phase into a stim war.
Every 3-capsule serving delivers the import clinical card: 350 mg nettle leaf extract and 350 mg dandelion root extract (standardised to 3% flavonoids / 10.5 mg), 250 mg guarana seed extract providing 55 mg caffeine (22%), 200 mg goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) aerial extract, 200 mg cranberry fruit extract with 20 mg proanthocyanidins (10%), 200 mg green tea leaf extract with 100 mg polyphenols (50%), 150 mg horsetail aerial extract with 10.5 mg silica (7%), plus 18 mg vitamin B6 as P-5-P. That is eight actives on one serve — standardised where it matters, not proprietary fairy dust.
The 90-capsule bottle runs about 30 daily servings when you take the full label serve once a day. OstroVit positions the matrix for urinary-tract and water-balance botanicals, fat-reduction support from the green-tea polyphenol load, and skin/hair/nail angles from silica-bearing horsetail — all inside one capsule stack instead of six separate herb bottles. Moderate caffeine (55 mg) stays honest so you can still count coffee and pre-workout toward your daily total.
Label path: take 1 serving (3 capsules) daily with water. Adults only. Stay hydrated — this is a water-management formula, not a reason to dry out. Cutting blocks, photo-prep weeks, holiday definition windows, or any hard diet phase where bloat and subcutaneous water wreck the look — this is the OstroVit Hydro Out lane.
350 mg nettle. 350 mg dandelion. 55 mg caffeine. 30 dry-down serves. Hydro Out.
