If you’re done with soft “daily energy” powders that taste loud and train quiet — or empty stim dust with nothing behind it — Viking is the other lane. Brand and retailer copy sell it as a comprehensive pre built so you feel the maximum effect of the blend: amino acids, plant extracts and natural caffeine sources composed for energy, focus, endurance and overall workout performance. Caffeine and taurine are pitched to give you the power to do more; the plant matrix is there so the buzz isn’t a one-note jolt.
Every 3 g serve opens with the amino core the brand leads on: 750 mg AAKG and 750 mg beta-alanine for nitric-pump and high-intensity working sets, plus 312 mg citrulline, 165 mg tyrosine, 165 mg taurine and 165 mg inosine. Blood-flow backup sits on the same scoop — 150 mg beetroot extract — the circulation and muscle-pump angle Real Pharm markets beside the aminos, not as an afterthought sprinkle.
Drive is dual-source and honest: 50 mg caffeine plus 50 mg guarana extract (22% caffeine) for alertness and a reduced-fatigue push, layered with 50 mg bitter orange peel extract (98% hesperidin), 25 mg cayenne, 5 mg cocoa bean extract (50% flavonoids) and 3 mg black pepper extract (95% piperine). The adaptogen panel adds 12.5 mg Rhodiola rosea, 12.5 mg Panax ginseng and 8.3 mg Schisandra chinensis, with 50 mg inositol and 37.5 mg glucuronolactone rounding the serve. Brand copy frames rhodiola for regeneration support and schisandra for energy and endurance — caffeine is only one piece of a twenty-active matrix.
The 360 g tub is built for volume: about 120 servings at the 3 g serve, with label room to use up to three servings across the day when training frequency demands it. Dense on purpose — twenty actives in a small scoop so high-frequency blocks don’t burn a tub every fortnight.
Twenty actives. Small scoop. Hit the session and keep the pace.
Ideal For
- Athletes who want a multi-ingredient pre in a small 3 g serve
- High-frequency training blocks that reward 120 servings per tub
- Adults after moderate dual-source caffeine with pump aminos and adaptogens
