Skip micro-dosed “energy blends” that bury taurine under sweeteners and call it a day. OstroVit prints the pitch straight: source of taurine, simple composition (desired substance + capsule shell only — no unnecessary additives or fillers), 1 serving = 1 capsule, and 120 servings in the bottle. Import packaging pushes the athletic angles — recovery support, enhanced creatine transport, anabolic process support, and a cleaner stack when caffeine is already in the pre. One amino. Full capsule dose. Lab-tested batches on the brand site.
Every 1-capsule serve delivers 1500 mg taurine — the clinical card on the official nutrition table and the import facts panel. Net weight 195 g, 120 servings per package. Brand science frame: taurine is a biogenic beta-amino acid (2-aminoethanesulfonic acid) that does not form body protein the way BCAAs do — highest amounts show up in heart muscle, skeletal muscle, brain, retina and platelets, and endogenous make from cysteine/methionine is not always enough when training demand spikes.
That is the capsule pitch: pure exogenous taurine for lifters, conditioning blocks and anyone who wants a measured 1.5 g hit without mixing powder. Stack under creatine when the packaging angle (creatine transport support) matters, or run it solo on non-stim days. Gelatin shell, purified water, taurine — that is the full formula list.
120 capsules in the bottle. Label path from import: take 1 capsule daily; on training days use before or after the session; on non-training days take between meals. Official OstroVit suggested usage also lands on one capsule daily between meals. Strength work, endurance, stim-pre stackers who want the caffeine edge smoothed — capsule taurine, full 1500 mg, zero scoop drama.
1500 mg taurine. One capsule. 120 serves. Keep the amino honest.
