Omega 3 50/25

NutriVit Omega3 50/25 – 100 Capsules is a high-strength fish oil supplement providing concentrated amounts of the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, together with vitamin E.

Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil, supplying 500 mg of EPA (50%) and 250 mg of DHA (25%). This provides a combined 750 mg of EPA + DHA per capsule, meaning these two omega-3 fatty acids account for 75% of the declared fish oil.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, with the beneficial effect obtained from a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA. A single capsule comfortably exceeds this amount.

Each capsule also provides 250 mg of DHA, meeting the daily intake associated with the beneficial effects of DHA on the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.

The formula is additionally supplemented with 4 mg of vitamin E – approximately 33% NRV per capsule. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The recommended intake is 1–3 capsules daily, providing between 750 mg and 2250 mg of combined EPA + DHA. With 100 capsules per container, the pack provides between approximately 33 and 100 days of supplementation, depending on intake.
