The enemy is under-dosed “recovery” blends and empty glutamine sachets that look busy on a label and disappear mid-week. Real Pharm runs a full 5000 mg L-glutamine hit in every 5.5 g scoop — the clinical card on the import facts table and the live buy-box, not a marketing whisper. Flavoured powder, scoop in the pack, mix and go.
Every serve is honest and athlete-simple: 5000 mg pure L-glutamine per 5.5 g serve. That is the whole active story — one protein-building amino acid at a real training dose, sweetened with sucralose, citric acid for a clean mix, cherry (and other fruit profiles) on the nose. Brand copy frames recovery, regeneration and immune-side support during intensive training — the reasons lifters keep glutamine next to the shaker when volume climbs.
Push the label path to the daily ceiling and you get two serves for 10 g L-glutamine — the max the tub allows. The 500 g tub holds about 90 servings at the single-serve scoop. Label path: mix 5.5 g with 200 ml water or juice, take up to twice daily, do not exceed two serves. Strength blocks, bodybuilding volume, endurance grind, post-session recovery — this is the glutamine lane you can actually stick to without choking down a fist of unflavoured grit.
Store cool and dry, protect from light. Adults only. Keep it next to the post-workout shaker — scoop, mix, recover.
5000 mg L-glutamine. 5.5 g scoop. 90 serves. Recover hard.
