If you are done with watery “pump” powders that taste loud and train quiet, this is the other format. Brand packaging sells a powerful liquid pre-session stack: high-dose glycerol for cell volumization and hydration, citrulline malate for the nitric-oxide / muscle-pump pathway, and Himalayan salt for a simple electrolyte hit — all in a quick-absorbing liquid you measure and drink.
Every 1 measuring cup (32 ml) delivers the label stack straight: 10,000 mg glycerol for the cell-volumizing hydration load that makes sleeves feel tighter; 4,000 mg citrulline malate (2,680 mg L-citrulline) to back blood flow, nutrient delivery and that working-set pump; plus 400 mg Himalayan salt so electrolytes are not an afterthought when the session gets ugly.
That is the BAD ASS pitch in one bottle — intense muscle-pump support, hydration feel and endurance-minded training fuel in liquid form, about 15 servings in the 480 ml jug. Shake hard (sediment is natural), take one serve preferably 30 minutes before training, drink it neat or dilute in 200 ml water. Evening lifters, stim-sensitive athletes, high-volume pump days: this is the bottle you grab when caffeine is not invited.
Measure. Drink. Get full. Make the last sets look expensive.
