The enemy is under-dosed multi tabs and harsh magnesium salts that look busy on a label and empty mid-week. OstroVit runs magnesium as a bisglycinate chelate — magnesium bound to two glycine molecules (also called diglycinate on the facts panel). Brand copy calls out high bioavailability and digestive comfort, so you can run a full daily load without the soft-serve oxide regret.
Every 3-capsule serving delivers 2600 mg magnesium diglycinate, including 400 mg elemental magnesium (107% RI). That is the clinical card on the official nutrition table — not a micro-dosed “support” sprinkle. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, and the normal function of the nervous system, plus maintenance of normal bones, teeth and psychological function — the authorised claim set OstroVit leads with on this SKU.
About 30 servings in the 90-capsule bottle (net weight 89 g) — a full month when you take the label serve once daily. Vegan plant-based HPMC capsule shell, lab-tested batches on the brand site, zero caffeine, zero flavour dust. Training blocks, recovery weeks, desk days that still need muscle and nerve support — this is the magnesium lane you can actually stick to.
Take 1 serving (3 capsules) daily with water. Keep the mineral in the log the same way you keep the lifts — measured, daily, no excuses.
