If you’re done with soft “daily energy” dust and under-dosed capsule stacks that never leave the milligram basement, this is the other lane. Brand and EU retailer positioning hits premature fatigue, endurance, workout efficiency and regeneration, plus the carnosine story in type-II fibre territory and pH-buffer language. Jacked Paddy keeps it honest: one amino, full gram-level dosing, flavoured or plain, zero stim theatre in the scoop.
Every full daily serve is 3 g of powder — the import recommended day — delivering 2740 mg beta-alanine (2.74 g) from the manufacturer active table. That is not a sprinkle. Split it if you want: the label path is 3 g per day in 1 g portions, so you can run three micro-serves when the tingle hits harder as one hit. Measurement scoop is in the tub; a scale still wins for precision.
That is the Real Pharm pitch in one 300 g tub: about 100 daily servings when you run the full 3 g label day. Fruit Punch and Unflavoured sit on the line so you can mix it solo in water or park it under creatine and your own pre without fighting a flavour wall. Stim-free mono powder — no proprietary “matrix.” Just the carnosine-builder amino, dosed like you mean the sets.
Who it’s for is simple — high-volume lifters, HIIT and field athletes, anyone stacking pure beta-alanine beside a stim pre that skimps the BA line. Keep the daily load consistent; this is a saturation amino, not a one-hit buzz powder. Import ceiling is hard: do not exceed 3 g per day.
2740 mg beta-alanine. 100 days. Own the burn buffer.
Ideal For
- Athletes who want a full ~2.7 g beta-alanine day, not a pre-workout dusting
- High-intensity and high-volume training blocks
- Lifters stacking pure beta-alanine under their own creatine or stim pre
- Anyone who prefers split 1 g micro-doses across the day
How to Use
- Measure 3 g of powder as your total daily amount (1 level scoop when using the full daily serve).
- Consume 3 g per day in divided portions of 1 g each, mixed with water or juice.
- Do not exceed the maximum daily amount of 3 g.
Recommended daily serving: 3 g. Measurement included in the package. The scoop facilitates portioning but does not guarantee precise dosing — prefer a scale. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur. A harmless tingling sensation (paresthesia) may occur after beta-alanine — splitting the 3 g day into 1 g portions is the import path when you want a milder feel.
