If you are tired of one-note concentrate that empties the shaker in twenty minutes and leaves the rest of the day uncovered, this is the other lane. The enemy is mono-whey that spikes fast and vanishes — and “blend” powders that list seven proteins then hide every gram. Shake It prints the matrix: fast whey fractions, micellar casein and caseinate for a slower milk-protein lane, egg albumin, plus beef protein hydrolysate for a non-dairy protein hit in the same scoop.
Every 1 scoop (30 g) delivers 24 g of protein at about 114 kcal, with only 1.1 g carbohydrate and 0.3 g sugars on the import panel (flavour-dependent). Per 100 g the label reads 80 g protein and 381 kcal. The active table stacks 14.7 g WPC80, 6 g WPI90, 3 g micellar casein, 0.6 g whey hydrolysate, 1.8 g beef protein hydrolysate, 0.6 g egg albumin and 2.4 g calcium caseinate per serve. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones. Sucralose sweetens without stacking sugar calories.
The 700 g tub lands about 23 servings on the front label. Mix 30 g (1 scoop) with 250 ml water or milk — shake hard, drink after training, with breakfast or between meals, up to 3 servings daily. Built for lifters, team-sport athletes and anyone who wants multi-source coverage in one shaker instead of juggling three tubs.
24 g protein. Seven-source multi matrix. ~114 kcal. Laboratory-tested Shake It — multi protein that earns the scoop.
