If you’re done with plain water that doesn’t replace what heat and volume pull out of you, this is the other lane. Naughty Boy stacks real mineral mass with performance actives the brand actually puts on the facts panel — not a mono-sodium sports drink cosplaying as recovery. Sugar-free. Zero calories. Built for training days, cardio, hot weather, and everyday hydration when the work still has to get done.
Every 1 scoop (7 g) opens with a serious cell-hydration core: 1500 mg taurine and 1000 mg creatine monohydrate — the performance pair Naughty Boy calls out for cell volumisation alongside the mineral load. The electrolyte backbone is not a sprinkle: 1400 mg potassium citrate delivering 448 mg potassium, 581 mg magnesium citrate for 93.75 mg magnesium, 238 mg sodium citrate and 200 mg Pink Himalayan sodium chloride contributing 112 mg sodium and 196 mg chloride, plus 80 mg calcium and 55 mcg selenium.
On top sits the signature stack: 200 mg MitoReds® — a blend of over 30 superfruit and superfood extracts with MitoPrime® (L-ergothioneine). Brand copy frames MitoReds® as the first trademarked “super reds” matrix of its kind in a hydration formula, aimed at cellular health and antioxidant support while the electrolytes do the sweat work. No caffeine. No pre-workout stim matrix. Just hydration that actually doses the minerals and the performance actives.
Label play is simple: mix 1 scoop with 400 ml ice-cold water; drink during training, after training, or throughout the day. Suitable on non-training days too. Full tub is about 30 servings when you run the full 7 g serve — a month of daily hydration if you train most days.
Powered by MitoReds®. Over 2400 mg electrolytes. Sugar-free hydration that earns the scoop.
How to Use
- Mix 1 scoop of powder (7 g) with 400 ml of ice-cold water.
- Shake or stir until fully dissolved.
- Consume during training, after training, or throughout the day for hydration support.
- Suitable on both training and non-training days. Do not exceed the recommended serving on your tub.
1 serving = 1 scoop (7 g). Vary liquid volume slightly to taste if preferred. The scoop facilitates portioning but does not guarantee precise dosing — prefer a scale. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur. Ingredients and flavour system may vary by variant — always check your tub.
