The enemy is under-dosed “calm stacks” that hide a few milligrams of theanine behind proprietary fog, or sleepy herbal mixes that trade clarity for fog. Immune Labs runs a mono formula — label-true 200 mg pure L-theanine per capsule, the high-strength serve the brand leads with on immune-labs.eu. No caffeine in the bottle, no flavour dust, no mystery matrix. Just the amino acid the brand ties to alert calmness — settle the nerves without knocking the lights out.
Official positioning is blunt: may support winding down daily stress load and nervous tension, help you hit a relaxed state without drowsiness, and back concentration, focus and working memory when the day is loud. Retailer ads push the same lane — calm, mental clarity, emotional balance, evening wind-down and sleep quality support. Brand copy also notes L-theanine plays well next to caffeine when you want the edge taken off a stim stack. That is packaging story for daily nutritional support, not a medical claim or diagnosis fix.
Every serving is simple math: 1 capsule = 200 mg L-theanine. The bottle holds 120 capsules for 120 servings (net weight 60 g) — a full four months when you take the label serve once a day. Produced in the EU under the Immune Labs brand (responsible food-business operator Bodyhouse Sp. z o.o., Kraków). Gelatin shell means it is not vegan — check the capsule if that matters to you.
Take 1 capsule daily with water. Keep the bottle closed, cool and dry, out of kids’ reach. Food supplements sit beside a varied diet — they do not replace one.
