The enemy is the stim-stack trap: a harsh fat burner that wrecks sleep, a second coffee that spikes the jitters, and “cutting” capsules you abandon because they only work at 7 a.m. R1 Lean is the other lane — a fully transparent, stimulant-free powder you can run before meals, before training, or in the evening without wrecking recovery sleep or stacking on top of your pre-workout caffeine.
Every 1-scoop serve prints the clinical card from the import label: 1.5 g L-Carnitine Tartrate, 800 mg taurine, 500 mg apple cider vinegar powder, 500 mg L-tyrosine, 300 mg Garcinia Cambogia fruit extract, 250 mg coconut water powder, 100 mg decaffeinated green tea leaf extract, plus the branded thermo pair — 25 mg Capsimax® (capsicum fruit extract) and 20 mg grains of paradise seed extract — locked in with 5 mg BioPerine® black pepper extract, 1.7 mg vitamin B6 and 2.4 µg vitamin B12. About 20 kcal and 2 g carbohydrate per scoop — not a dessert shake dressed up as a burner.
Import and brand positioning line up: non-stimulant weight-management support for fat-loss phases, appetite and craving support from ACV + Garcinia, metabolism-oriented carnitine and Capsimax®, focus from tyrosine and taurine, and day-or-night versatility because there is no added caffeine load. Informed Choice® certified and regularly tested for banned substances by LGC — the athlete-grade quality angle Rule One leans on.
The tub holds 30 servings. Mix 1 scoop with 240–350 ml (8–12 oz) cold water, drink immediately. Best taken before meals or before workouts, ideally on an empty stomach, stacked with a sensible diet and regular training — not instead of them. Cutting blocks, evening refeeds, stim-sensitive lifters, or anyone already running a caffeinated pre who still wants lean-phase cover without a second stim hit.
1.5 g carnitine. 500 mg ACV. Capsimax® + grains of paradise. Zero added caffeine. 30 scoops. Mix cold. Stay lean.
