The enemy is half-empty multi tabs that sprinkle a couple of B vitamins and call it “support,” and dusty powder packs that never leave the shelf. OstroVit runs a full B complex — thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12 — plus vitamin C and E on the same tablet. Brand copy leads with energy-yielding metabolism, nervous-system function, psychological function and reduction of tiredness and fatigue from the authorised B-vitamin claim set.
Every 1-tablet serving delivers 1.1 mg thiamin (100% RI), 1.4 mg riboflavin (100% RI), 16 mg niacin (100% RI), 6 mg pantothenic acid (100% RI), 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% RI), 50 µg biotin (100% RI), 200 µg folic acid (100% RI) and 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% RI), plus 80 mg vitamin C (100% RI) and 12 mg vitamin E (100% RI). That is the clinical card on the official nutrition table — every listed B at a full reference intake, not a decorative dusting.
About 90 servings in the 90-tablet bottle (net weight 26 g) — three months of regular supplementation when you take the label serve once daily. Easy-to-swallow vegan tablets, zero caffeine, zero flavour dust. Training blocks, desk weeks, cut phases that still need nerve and energy support — this is the B-complex lane you can actually stick to for a full quarter.
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily before the first meal with water. Keep the B stack in the log the same way you keep the lifts — measured, daily, no excuses.
1 tablet. Full B stack at 100% RI. C + E. 90 serves.
