If you’re done with watered-down “electrolyte” tabs that taste loud and dose quiet, this is the other lane. Brand positioning is clean performance hydration: sodium for the fluid-balance mineral hit you lose in sweat, potassium for normal muscle function, and magnesium that contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — the exact EFSA-aligned angles ON prints on the tub and official page.
Every 8 g serve (~1 rounded scoop) delivers the label mineral stack: 400 mg sodium, 300 mg potassium (15% RI), 121 mg calcium (15% RI) and 113 mg magnesium (30% RI). Carbohydrate lands at 7 g with 0 g sugars — fast-mixing Forest Berries flavour that dissolves in cold water without turning your shaker into a candy shop.
ON’s own use window is simple: before exercise to load the mineral base, during long or intense sessions when sweat loss stacks up, and after training to restore what left in the towel. Mix one rounded scoop with 450 ml cold water once daily — gym, run, cycle, pitch, heat, travel — wherever plain water stops being enough.
That’s the ON pitch in one 264 g tub: about 33 servings of zero-sugar electrolyte powder from a brand with 35+ years in sports nutrition and a reputation built on readable labels, not mystery blends. Not a stim pre. Not an isotonic sugar bomb. A dedicated mineral hydrate.
Sodium. Potassium. Magnesium. Stay topped up when the work gets loud.
How to Use
- Add 8 g (~1 rounded scoop) to 450 ml of cold water.
- Mix until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Consume 1 serving per day — before, during, or after training as needed.
1 serving = 8 g (~1 rounded scoop). The scoop facilitates portioning but does not guarantee precise dosing — prefer a scale. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur.
