If you’re done with sugary sports drinks that taste loud and deliver little, or thin salt sachets that vanish in one sip, this is the other lane. Public positioning is blunt — supports hydration and energy levels with a carb-electrolyte angle aimed at fluid balance and endurance when the work gets long. Magnesium on the label contributes to electrolyte balance. Unflavoured powder so it stacks clean with your pre, intra, or recovery shake.
Every ~1 scoop (9 g) hits a serious mineral core: 600 mg potassium (30% NRV), 120 mg magnesium (32% NRV) and 120 mg calcium (15% NRV) from Aquamin® (natural marine calcium). Coconut water powder (500 mg) and Himalayan salt (100 mg) sit beside the minerals — not a candy-electrolyte gimmick.
Then the 1000 mg triad the formula is known for: 1000 mg L-glutamine, 1000 mg glycine and 1000 mg taurine, plus 1000 mg Enduracarb® (trehalose) for light carb support without turning the scoop into a gainer. Acacia fibre lands at 584 mg. Vitamins back the day: 240 mg vitamin C (300% NRV), with niacin and vitamin B6 at 100% NRV.
That’s the Carborade pitch in one 270 g tub: effective hydration for healthy adults, about 30 servings on the full 9 g label serve. Mix ~1 scoop with 250 ml water — sip through training, heat, or any day that drains the tank. Food supplement with sugar and sweetener. No caffeine crash. Just minerals, aminos, and stay topped up.
Supports hydration and energy levels. Make the long sessions count.
