If you’re done with under-dosed “pump” dust and pre-workouts that sprinkle citrulline for the label photo, this is the other lane. Official FA positions ICE Citrulline as a powder with icy flavours containing citrulline malate, recommended during high-intensity exercise — the clean single-ingredient lane of the ICE range, not a candy-stim distraction.
Import packaging is blunt on what the scoop is for: citrulline malate — L-citrulline bound with malic acid — known for nitric oxide (NO) support, blood flow, and exercise performance. Citrulline feeds the NO pathway for vasodilation and that dense muscle pump; malate ties into the Krebs energy side so you’re loading a performance amino, not just chasing a temporary flush. Endurance, training volume, and a harder pump when the sets get ugly — that’s the brand story on the sheet.
Every ~1-scoop serve (4 g) delivers 3000 mg citrulline malate with 2000 mg pure L-citrulline — the clinical-style dose printed on the front and the facts card. Front of tub calls it straight: 3000 mg citrulline malate, ICY fruit flavours, EVERCOOL ice effect. About 75 servings in the 300 g tub.
Mix ~1 scoop with 150–200 ml of water and take it once daily, preferably 30 minutes before training. Stack it with your own stim pre, creatine, or beta-alanine — or run it solo on pump days and late sessions when caffeine stays off the table.
One active. Full citrulline dose. Ice-cold pump work.
Ideal For
- Athletes who want a dedicated citrulline malate pump dose
- Stim-free pre-training nitric oxide support
- Lifters stacking citrulline with their own pre or creatine
How to Use
- Mix approximately 1 scoop of powder (4 g) with 150–200 ml of water.
- Consume once daily, preferably 30 minutes before training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 serving / 4 g). The scoop facilitates portioning but does not guarantee precise dosing — prefer a scale. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur.
