Skip micro-dosed “energy blends” that hide taurine under a flavour wall and call it a day. Official brand positioning is blunt: high-quality taurine source, simple composition, convenient powder, lab-tested quality. Import packaging sells the athletic angles — energy production support, anti-catabolic effect, enhanced creatine transport, and a major nitrogen reservoir beside glutamine. One substance. Full dose. No candy system.
Every 3 g serve (½ scoop / about ¾ teaspoon) delivers 3000 mg taurine — a clean three-gram mono serve, not a dusting you need a microscope to find. OstroVit prints it straight on the clinical card: L-taurine only, 100 servings in the 300 g tub, vegan-friendly powder for people who want grams not capsules.
That is the OstroVit pitch in one tub: pure exogenous taurine for physically active people who train hard enough to care about nitrogen balance, session energy and stacking a real amino under creatine or a stim pre. Brand copy frames it as a biogenic beta-amino acid that does not build body protein the way BCAAs do — it shows up where muscle and nerve demand spike, and you dose it in grams.
Unflavoured 300 g tub — about 100 servings. Label path: mix 3 g in 100–150 ml water or juice; on training days take one serve about 15 minutes before the session. Import path also allows before and/or after depending on intensity — energy support pre, anti-catabolic support post. Strength athletes, endurance work, creatine stackers — pure taurine, full dose.
3000 mg taurine. Zero fillers. 100 serves. Own the nitrogen store.
How to Use
- Mix 3 g (½ scoop / approx. ¾ teaspoon) with 100–150 ml of water or juice.
- On workout days, take 1 serving about 15 minutes before training.
- Depending on training intensity, use before and/or after the session as directed on the packaging.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Prefer a scale when possible — scoops and teaspoons facilitate portioning but do not guarantee precise dosing. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur. Highly hygroscopic: lumps or a compact mass do not indicate loss of quality — break up before use.
