Skip micro-dosed “collagen support” stacks that hide glycine under a flavour wall. Official brand positioning is blunt: source of L-glycine, simple formula with no unnecessary additives or fillers, convenient powder, lab-tested quality, efficient packaging. Import packaging sells the real mono angles — potent L-glycine source, powder for people who hate tablets, and a tub that lasts more than half a year of daily use. One substance. Full gram. No candy system.
Every 1 g serve (1 flat scoop) delivers 1000 mg L-glycine — a clean one-gram mono serve, not a trace amount buried in a proprietary blend. OstroVit prints it straight: L-glycine only, 200 servings in the 200 g tub, vegan-friendly powder for people who want grams not capsules.
That is the OstroVit pitch in one tub: glycine is the simplest of the twenty protein amino acids — endogenous, neutral, non-polar — found in skin, joint connective tissue and muscle, and one of the main amino acids in collagen. Brand copy frames concentration, memory and mood support, firmer more elastic skin angles, energy-pathway biochemistry and antioxidant properties alongside collagen and nervous-system roles. You dose it in a flat gram, natural taste, mixable in water or juice without wrecking the drink.
Unflavoured 200 g tub — 200 servings, more than six months of regular daily supplementation on the official card. Label path: mix 1 g (1 flat scoop / 1 ml measure) in 100–150 ml water or juice; highly recommended about 30 minutes before a meal. Athletes, active adults, collagen-stackers, anyone who wants pure glycine without tablet fatigue — full dose, simple composition.
1000 mg L-glycine. Zero fillers. 200 serves. Own the simplest amino.
How to Use
- Mix 1 g (1 flat scoop) with 100–150 ml of water or juice. Use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
- It is highly recommended to take it about 30 minutes before a meal.
- Use daily as part of a varied diet — one package supports more than six months of regular supplementation at one serve per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Prefer a scale when possible — scoops facilitate portioning but do not guarantee precise dosing. Product is sold by weight, not volume; some settling may occur.
