If your only protein strategy is fast whey after training, nights and long gaps between meals are the hole in the plan. Fast digesters empty early. Micellar casein is the slowest-metabolised of the common proteins — it forms a gel-like matrix in the stomach and meters amino acids for hours. That is why Real Pharm recommends it before night rest or during longer breaks between meals, not as another post-set whey clone.
Every 1 serving (30 g) of the standard flavour line delivers about 22.8 g of protein, around 105 kcal, 0.6 g fat and 1.5 g sugars (Chocolate sits near 24.6 g protein and 106 kcal). Per 100 g you are looking at roughly 76 g protein on standard flavours and 82 g on Chocolate — high-protein, low-fat, low-sugar casein that still mixes for a smooth shake. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, the maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones. Label amino profile per 100 g protein includes about 22.9 g total BCAAs with 10.6 g leucine.
The 700 g tub lands about 23 servings at the 30 g serve. Directions are simple: mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200–300 ml water or skimmed milk, up to 3 times daily. Hit it before bed, between meals, or whenever the next solid protein is hours away.
Real Pharm built Real Casein 100 for overnight recovery, lean muscle maintenance and appetite control on high-protein diets and hard training blocks — same micellar base across the flavour range, same slow-release job. Scoop it thick before lights out, or keep a between-meal shake when whole food is not realistic.
22.8 g protein. ~105 kcal. Micellar casein. Before bed and between meals. Slow-release grams that cover the long gap — shake it, sip it, sleep on it.
