If you’re done with empty stim dust and undersized “pump” sprinkles, ICE Pump is the other lane. FA launched it as a unique formula built around betaine and glycerol, with an evercool, effervescent feel — sugar-free, refreshing ICY flavours, and a full clinical-style active panel printed on the front of the tub.
Every ~4-scoop serve (18.5 g) opens with the pump engine FA puts on the label: 6000 mg citrulline malate (4000 mg citrulline) and 2000 mg L-arginine A-AKG (1400 mg L-arginine) — the nitric-oxide booster core for the muscle-pump story. Endurance sits on 3200 mg beta-alanine. Hydration-style volume agents lock in with 1500 mg betaine anhydrous and 1500 mg glyceryl monostearate (glycerol monostearate) — the betaine + glycerol pair FA called out at launch.
Drive is unapologetic: 400 mg caffeine anhydrous per serving — the label’s full daily caffeine ceiling in one pre. That’s energy and concentration support for experienced adults, not a beginner sipper. About 25 servings in the 463 g tub.
Mix ~4 scoops with 300–350 ml of water about 20 minutes before training. Hit the floor cold, loaded, and loud.
Energy. Pump. Concentration. Make the working sets count.
